Products, Storage & Handling
EL KAISSI specializes in dragées and coated confectionery, with products built around a wide range of centers, coatings, flavors, colors, and finishes.
Our range includes sugar-coated and chocolate-coated dragées, using centers such as whole nuts, chocolate, and dried fruits. The portfolio extends from established classics such as Jordan almonds to more distinctive signature shapes, finishes, and flavor combinations.
EL KAISSI develops and produces the chocolate used in the company’s sugar-coated chocolate centers and chocolate-coated products.
Our current portfolio uses 12 distinct chocolate recipes, each formulated for its specific application and optimized to complement the center, coating, flavor profile, and overall character of the finished product.
We also develop custom chocolate recipes tailored to specific customer requirements, drawing on our experience in chocolate formulation and product development.
For best preservation, EL KAISSI products should be stored at 18–22°C and 45–55% relative humidity, away from natural or artificial light, whether direct or indirect.
Temperature fluctuations should be avoided. Products should preferably remain in their original packaging or, once opened, be transferred to air-tight food-grade opaque or stainless-steel containers.
Dragées should be handled carefully to protect their surface and finish. Sharp or abrasive utensils, including metal scoops, should be avoided, and the inner packaging should be properly resealed after opening to limit exposure to air and humidity.

Yes. EL KAISSI has developed titanium dioxide-free formulations for markets where E171 is not permitted as a food additive, including the European Union and GCC markets.

Orders, Production & Delivery
For most standard EL KAISSI products, the minimum order quantity is 1 kg per product or variation.
Some variations carry a MOQ indication (MOQ). When limited quantities of these products are available from stock, smaller orders, sometimes as low as 1 kg, may also be possible.
Customized formulations, specially developed colors, packaging, and private-label projects may have different minimum quantities depending on the requirements of the project.
For standard products available from stock, EL KAISSI generally delivers business orders throughout Lebanon within 3 to 4 working days, and normally within one week at most.
For remote locations served on less frequent routes, a different delivery schedule may occasionally apply and would be communicated to the customer in advance.
Orders that require production are scheduled according to the products, quantities, packaging requirements, and current production program.
Larger orders typically require approximately 2 to 3 weeks, while customized formulations, private-label projects, or specially developed products may require additional development or production time.
For substantial orders, export orders, seasonal programs, or projects tied to a specific date, we recommend discussing requirements with our team and placing the order sufficiently in advance to allow proper production planning.
Orders can be submitted through the website or handled directly with our sales team, depending on the customer’s preference. Once received, the order is reviewed to confirm product availability, quantities, applicable pricing, production requirements where relevant, and delivery arrangements before final confirmation.
Export & Documentation
EL KAISSI supplies customers in Lebanon and exports to markets across the Middle East and GCC, Europe, North America, and Australia. Products, formulations, packaging, and documentation are adapted as required to meet the needs of different destination markets.
Depending on the product and customer requirements, EL KAISSI can provide ingredients, allergen information, nutritional values, storage conditions, and other relevant product specifications.
